Jill B. Kremins

Jill Kremins is an award-winning, senior marketing executive with over 25 years of experience assisting public and privately held corporations grow their businesses both domestically and internationally. Jill’s career reflects a demonstrated track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, optimizing marketing, communications, and data processes in both centralized and matrixed organizations, and applying business and operational rigor to creative brand and digital strategies that grow revenue and improve the client experience.

Most recently Jill served as the Chief Marketing Officer for BNY Mellon Wealth Management where she was responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all marketing, communication and client experience strategies and activity for the international wealth management organization with $246B in AUM and $1.2B in annual revenue. During her tenure she launched a new global brand and digital strategy that increased awareness, consideration and lead generation in a highly competitive market, and built and deployed integrated database, CRM, and analytics platforms that enabled ROI measurement and predictive strategies to grow the business across segments. She was a key member of the leadership team and served on numerous cross-company technology, product, employee development, and operating committees. 

Previously she served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Toronto-based BMO Harris Bank where she led US Personal and Commercial Bank marketing including leadership of all communications and client experience activities related to the banks’ acquisition of Marshall & Isley Bank which doubled the US customer base and increased the bank network to 600 branches in 9 states.

Earlier in her career Jill held marketing and product management leadership roles for public and private companies including Bank of America, Boston Globe Media, The Kessler Group, and Sentient Jet. She started her career in finance, operations, and consulting with First Data Corporation and Coopers & Lybrand, LLC. 

Jill is currently an Advisory Board member of Eastern Standard Provisions where she consults on marketing and client experience activities, is an active investor and advisor to numerous restaurants, and is a former Advisory Board member of ArtLifting. 

Jill received her MBA from Northeastern University and her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.
