Christian Nwasike

Christian is an executive who radiates optimism, passion, and creativity in everything he does. He serves as Principal Consultant & Executive Managing Partner of Practice Management Consultants LLC (PMC-LLC), a company he founded and currently manages. PMC-LLC is a consortium of Subject Matter Experts in Sales, Leadership, and Communications. In the wealth management industry, we are committed to increasing and retaining ethnically diverse financial services professionals. 

As consultants, PMC-LLC focuses on diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion in the retail wealth management industry #debi. 

Christian values diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion. At PMC-LLC, he designed an award-winning program called “The Koya℠ System” exclusively for Black/African American financial professionals and he collaborates with firms in the wealth management industry looking for a competitive edge in attracting diverse financial advisors and clients. 

The Koya℠ system combines specialized training in Sales, Communications, and Leadership with the four quadrants of retail Wealth Management – Banking, Asset Management, Estate Planning & Risk Management to help B/AA Financial Professionals become the best versions of themselves possible. At PMC-LLC, we provide Black/African American Managers and Financial Advisors with Supplemental Professional Development Training and Coaching (SPDC&T) to meet their specific needs.

Christian has spoken publicly about diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion #debi, coached financial sales professionals, and provided consultation relating to diverse client service models, business development opportunities, compliance, and marketing to targeted demographics. 

Christian is also an award-winning author. His book on “The Roles Artificial Intelligence (AI) can play in identifying & flagging Financial Crimes; A look at the integration of IBM’s AI named Watson into the Financial Crimes’ prevention initiatives” was ranked in the top four (4) best IBM Watson eBooks’ of all time – Book Authority (2021).

Christian obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.Sc.) from the University of Abuja, Nigeria. He attended Florida A & M University, the University of North Florida and obtained his Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Jacksonville University’s Davis School of Business. He also holds a Master of Science in Laws (JSM) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Nwasike is a Fellow of the Management and Strategy Institute and the Global Academy of Finance and Management.

He is a Master Financial Planner (MFP)®, Certified Risk Manager (CRM)®, Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP), Change Management Specialist (CMS), Corporate Leadership Certified (CLC), Corporate Trainer Certified (CTC) and holds a Social, Mobile, Analytic and Cloud (SMAC) designation.
